The charges against her have been dropped, but the arrest of Stormy Daniels succeeded in getting her name back in the news and giving new life to the controversy over her claim that she had an affair with President Trump in 2006.

OSU Abuse Scandal

Congressman Jim Jordan is caught in the middle of a scandal over what he did or did not know about claims of sexual abuse by OSU team doctor Richard Strauss. Jordan was an assistant coach of the wrestling team at the time of the alleged assaults. He says he never witnessed any abuse, and some former student-athletes are coming to his defense.

Medicaid Expansion

During the gubernatorial primary campaign, attack ads criticized Mary Taylor for supporting Medicaid expansion. Her opponent Mike DeWine dodged questions about it then, but now says he supports itand always has.   

Mike Thompson spends much of his time correcting people who mispronounce the name of his hometown – Worcester, Massachusetts. Mike studied broadcast journalism at Syracuse University when he was not running in circles – as a distance runner on the SU track team.
