A federal judge has blocked an Ohio law that would ban abortions if the reason for the procedure was a fetal diagnosis of Down syndrome. The judge stated that the law violates a woman's right to privacy and has called it unconstitutional. However, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said his office will appeal the ruling.
